Your Service writer Daniel Shaine was very nice as usual and the oil change took around 45 minutes which it never took that long before, but that's no big deal because the price was right. However the tect that worked on my car wa very unfriendly and wouldn't even say Thank You to me whenhe handed me my keys. tHAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE WITH ANY OF THE OTHER GUYS. bUT IT SEEMS LIKE "JOE" IS ALWAYS LIKE THAT.though in the years that I have gone to you everyone else is very friendly including Daniel and Norm.

Admittedly, I was inconvenienced by having to bring my car back twice for slight installation errors on the struts. But they handled the corrections no questions asked, very friendly, and they now work very well.

I have dealt with a variety of repair shops over the years and Cartex was by far the best. The staff was very friendly and so, helpful.
